I’m using TheSkettishTeam.Solutions as my personal portfolio, it’s the first step toward launching my full creative agency, The Skettish Team.
From the very beginning of my eCommerce journey, fashion has always been my core foundation and the niche that shaped my identity as a Shopify developer, strategist, and marketer. Between 2019 and 2024, I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with over 46 fashion brands, ranging from small creative startups to fast-growing boutique labels and luxury-ready collections. Each collaboration came with its own story, emotions, and unique challenges that helped me evolve both as a developer and as a business growth expert.
Throughout this six-year span, I delivered 3,200+ total fashion orders, generating an estimated $700,000+ in client revenue across various projects. But beyond numbers, these years were about connection and transformation. I learned that behind every store is a person with a dream, and behind every sale is a story of trust, creativity, and perseverance.
From 2019 to 2021, I worked with brands that were just finding their feet, many of them new to Shopify and the online world. The challenges were real: low store awareness, poor branding, limited budgets, and uncertainty. Yet, these experiences built my ability to construct from the ground up, designing stores, optimizing conversions, and implementing simple but effective systems that produced real results. I spent long nights refining pages, rewriting ad copies, and studying analytics just to help a store make its first 10 sales. That discipline became the foundation of everything I do today.
By 2022, things began to shift. I had started developing and combining my own tested systems that could predictably bring in sales for fashion stores, E.M.M (Electronic Message Marketing) for retargeting and re-engagement, S.S.S (Sales System Setup) for funnel creation and tracking, P.V.O (Product Visibility Optimization) for increasing perceived value, and later, my signature T.C.P.A. (Targeted Customer Pursuit Attraction) system, a results-driven approach that connects human emotion with digital behavior. These strategies turned underperforming stores into consistent earners.
The collaborations from 2022 to 2024 became a turning point: working with stores like MustHype, ZapClothing, RBoutique, WearBanjaara, Tshka, Mania Fashion Clothing, and many others, I began hitting steady five-figure results, some stores earning $20K+ monthly, others crossing $50K in just two months. It was more than success; it was proof that the systems worked repeatedly, regardless of region or audience size.
The challenges during this era were not technical but emotional, maintaining trust, aligning visions, and staying consistent even when results took time. But it was also during this time that I built long-lasting relationships with CEOs, mentors, and brand owners across the U.K., Europe, and the U.S., who believed in my process and made me part of their brand story.
Today, looking back, this fashion journey stands as a masterpiece of experience, resilience, and innovation. I didn’t just build stores; I built systems that helped entrepreneurs grow from zero to success. I didn’t just sell products; I sold value, connection, and story. And every collaboration, no matter how small, contributed to the legacy of what my fashion niche journey became:
46+ brands served, 3,200+ orders delivered, $700K+ revenue generated, 4 major sales systems created, and countless dreams built into reality.
Between 2019 and 2021, my focus was on building relationships, understanding the essence of brand identity, and experimenting with systems that could bring consistent results. I collaborated with passionate store owners like those of Miori Boutique, Onelavi, Zen of Sleep, MacBees, and Luxo Fashion, delivering more than 600+ total orders and generating an estimated $75,000+ in client revenue.
Those years weren’t just about sales, they were about learning. I faced moments where campaigns didn’t convert, yet I met store owners who inspired me to keep building. From failed launches to loyal partnerships, these years shaped my discipline, consistency, and creativity in fashion eCommerce. They taught me resilience, how to lead with empathy, and the value of trust between a brand and its developer.
One of my earliest collaborations in Shopify began in 2019 with EthiopianDress.com, a brand known for its traditional Habesha dresses and accessories. I was responsible for designing their Shopify store, creating a modern yet culturally expressive layout that reflected their identity. Years later, I returned to redesign and enhance the store’s structure, optimizing its product pages, visuals, and overall user experience to match the evolving e-commerce standards.
Beyond design, I also supported the brand in sales generation and organic growth through SEO optimization. By improving their visibility across search engines and targeting high-intent keywords, we were able to drive consistent traffic and achieve over 40 orders within two months of collaboration. This project marked one of my first major successes and laid the foundation for the growth systems I continue to implement today.
I had the opportunity to work on Ditri Fashion, a stylish Shopify store I collaborated on for one of my mentors. Unlike my early projects, this one came at a stage when I had already refined my e-commerce development systems. My main role was to design and structure the store, ensuring that every page reflected a premium fashion brand experience, from homepage presentation to product display flow.
After the design phase, we implemented a strategic sales system that consistently generated around $2,000 weekly in revenue. The combination of strong visual appeal, user-friendly navigation, and optimized product presentation contributed to its steady performance. The last time I checked, the store was still running with the same design I created, a lasting proof of how effective a well-built foundation can be in sustaining long-term success.
On 1st September 2020, I partnered with Anaxa Fashion at the very beginning of their journey. The store was brand new and needed someone to bring its vision to life. I built it from scratch, designing every element, structuring the pages, and creating a seamless, aesthetic user experience that reflected the brand’s identity and fashion style.
Within two months of launch, our collaboration delivered 300 orders, selling dresses at £15.99 GBP and £13.99 GBP, a testament to how strategic design and execution can drive real results. Today, their store still displays the foundation I built, serving as long-term proof that great design combined with smart implementation can produce sustained success.
I had the privilege of working with MioriBoutique.com in 2021, and it quickly became one of the most inspiring projects of my career. At first, the store wasn’t generating sales, but what made this journey special was the owner’s unwavering positivity and belief in the process. Her determination reminded me that success in e-commerce isn’t just about results, it’s about persistence, trust, and teamwork. Working with someone so dedicated gave me new motivation and renewed my passion for helping brands grow.
Over time, our collaboration evolved into a long-term partnership, and I’m proud to serve as her core Shopify developer to this day. Through continuous optimization, improved systems, and refined product positioning, we’ve delivered over 600 successful orders from 2021 until now, a true reflection of what happens when persistence meets the right strategy.
While working alongside MioriBoutique.com in 2021, I also had the opportunity to collaborate with madisonthelabel.com, a contemporary fashion brand with a strong visual identity. This project marked a major turning point in my journey, it was during this collaboration that I discovered and refined the system that could generate consistent sales across multiple stores.
Through structured optimization, targeted product visibility, and refined customer pursuit strategies, we achieved 30+ orders each month for two consecutive months, generating a total of $13,834 in revenue. The results proved that my system wasn’t just effective once, it was repeatable, scalable, and reliable, motivating me to continue perfecting the T.C.P. framework in 2024 that now drives many of my clients’ success stories..
In 2021, I had the privilege of working with Vellarmi.com, a project that carried deep personal meaning. The store’s owner was a student seeking to build a source of income to sustain herself, and together we explored different product niches before finally finding success with women’s vintage and Gen Z fashion. Her dedication, creativity, and determination, supported by her then-boyfriend (now husband), who often helped cover project requirements, made the entire process inspiring and memorable.
Beyond building a successful online store, the journey became a friendship. I was honored to be invited to their wedding in London, where I received an Award of Love in appreciation of my contribution and support throughout her business journey. This experience reminded me that my work goes beyond sales or design, it’s about helping people create something meaningful that changes their lives.
In 2021, I began a collaboration with PinkVanilla.com, a project that would later become one of my most defining learning experiences. I initially reached out with a no-upfront-payment proposal, driven by my belief in performance-based results. However, I soon realized that in e-commerce, investment is not just financial, it’s foundational. Without proper investment, even great ideas struggle to reach their full potential. This experience taught me that true growth requires commitment, shared vision, and mutual trust between the developer and the store owner.
The store’s management involved multiple people, which at times led to different opinions, slower implementations, and internal challenges, something that often happens in team-based businesses. Still, I remained committed. With persistence, improved communication, and later the help of a refined divine system, I was able to deliver 40 confirmed orders in 2024, making up for the earlier challenges. This project became a reminder that setbacks are not failures but stepping stones, and that with consistency, clarity, and the right system, results always follow.
Macbees.ie
In 2021, I collaborated with Macbees.ie, a luxury fashion boutique based in Ireland. Working closely with the owner, I implemented a complete sales and performance integration system inspired by one of my mentors’ proven frameworks. Within a short period, our collaboration delivered over 40 confirmed orders, generating €17,425 in revenue, marking the store’s first five-figure milestone in sales. The process was smooth, strategic, and deeply rewarding, as it showcased the power of applying structured systems in a creative retail environment.
Beyond the numbers, this project represented a personal turning point for me. It reinforced the value of being coachable, learning from mentors, and surrounding myself with capable people who inspire growth. The success of Macbees.ie wasn’t just proof of a functioning system, it was proof that humility, teamwork, and continuous learning are the true drivers of sustainable success in e-commerce.
MustHype
In 2021, I collaborated with MustHype, a high-end Shopify store that became one of the most defining projects of my career. During our two-month partnership, I applied a Product Visibility Optimization (P.V.O.) strategy, a concept I first learned from my mentor Harry Watson. By focusing on premium product placement, audience targeting, and direct checkout flow, we achieved remarkable results: over $50,000 in total revenue, with an average of $22,000+ per month generated from just 15 high-ticket orders.
The experience was both exciting and transformational. Not only did it mark my first $50K milestone, but it also ignited my drive to develop my own proprietary system, the T.C.P.A (Targeted Customer Pursuit Attraction) framework. MustHype proved that when precision, visibility, and buyer intent align, massive results follow. It remains one of my most inspiring success stories, symbolizing the moment I transitioned from applying mentorship strategies to building my own.
Luxofashion.com
In 2021, I had the opportunity to collaborate with LuxoFashion.com, a stylish online fashion store introduced to me by my trainer and mentor, Harry Watson. After observing how I applied and mastered his strategies in previous projects, he trusted me with the responsibility of managing this store directly. My role involved store optimization, visual refinement, and strategy implementation, ensuring that the brand maintained a premium appearance while aligning with Harry’s tested growth framework.
The collaboration was a major confidence boost in my professional journey. Not only did the store perform successfully, but the words of encouragement and satisfaction I received from my trainer meant even more to me. It was a defining experience that proved I could take a mentor’s system, apply it with precision, and deliver results. Working on LuxoFashion.com reinforced my belief that growth comes from both learning and executing with excellence.
I was privileged to collaborate with NiliLotan.com, a highly successful fashion brand, during its growth stage. This opportunity came through one of my key mentors, Gabriel Shaoolian, who trusted me to take part in managing and optimizing the store while he focused on other major projects. Working under his guidance, I learned the deeper side of fashion e-commerce, from brand consistency and store optimization to product presentation and communication with high-profile clients.
The experience was both humbling and transformative. Managing such a renowned store helped me refine my professional discipline, technical precision, and communication skills at an advanced level. Beyond development, it strengthened my understanding of how luxury brands maintain trust, identity, and performance online. Collaborating with Nili Lotan under the mentorship of Gabriel Shaoolian became a milestone that elevated my standards and shaped the leader I’ve become in e-commerce strategy and store management.
From 2022 onward, everything evolved. I began applying advanced frameworks like E.M.M (Electronic Message Marketing), S.S.S (Sales System Setup), P.V.O (Product Visibility Optimization), and later my own T.C.P.A. (Targeted Customer Pursuit Attraction) system. This was the era where my experience transformed into mastery.
I worked with brands like MustHype, ZapClothing, Tshka, Wear Banjaara, RBoutique, Mania Fashion Clothing, Gaorepublic and more, collectively driving 1,200+ fashion orders and generating over $420,000+ in sales revenue. I collaborated with CEOs, mentors, and creative directors across Europe, the U.K., and the U.S., turning marketing systems into growth engines. Every collaboration came with lessons in adaptability, leadership, and the human side of commerce—where persistence, faith, and connection produced real success stories.
In early 2022, I was privileged to collaborate with ZapClothing.com through a referral from the MustHype store admin, one of my earlier clients. At the time, I didn’t know the owner personally, the opportunity came as a gesture of trust from my mentor’s assistant and the MustHype team, who believed in my results. The project was commission-based, and I approached it with full energy, using my P.V.O. (Product Visibility Optimization) system alongside advanced social media engagement and sales re-optimization strategies. Over the course of two months, I consistently generated £1,500 daily, delivering over £70,000 in total revenue for the store.
This collaboration was more than just financial success, it was a season of revelation. I learned the true value of leadership, trust, and investment. My trainer showed me what honest guidance looks like, the MustHype owner’s referral reminded me of the power of shared success, and ZapClothing’s admin proved that smart investments open doors to exponential growth. That experience solidified one of my deepest beliefs: when strategy meets trust and vision, results become inevitable.
In 2022, I had a brief but impactful collaboration with Yvonne-S.com, working directly with the CEO, Marie, for just seven days. The focus was intentionally narrow, optimizing and promoting two premium products priced at €450 each. Through rapid implementation of targeted marketing, audience retargeting, and sales funnel adjustments, I delivered 13 direct sales totaling €5,470, and shortly after, another 14 orders bringing total sales to over €12,500.
Though short, the collaboration reflected how strategy and precision can outperform duration. It proved that with the right systems in place, optimized visibility, persuasive product positioning, and high-value audience targeting, strong results can be achieved in record time. This experience further reinforced my confidence in using data-driven execution to create measurable outcomes, even within a week-long campaign.
In 2022, I had the opportunity to collaborate with TheVillagesNYC.com, a creative fashion collective built by a group of young designers with a shared vision and inspiring story. Drawn to their purpose and artistic mission, I partnered with them to test and affirm the strength of my P.V.O. (Product Visibility Optimization) system. The strategy focused on organic visibility, structured audience targeting, and product positioning, all designed to maximize awareness and drive sales.
Despite the store’s limited inventory and temporary pause in operations, the P.V.O. system still proved highly effective, generating consistent visibility and measurable sales during our collaboration. It was a proud moment for me, not only because of the results but because it confirmed that P.V.O. could adapt and perform across different store types , even with small collections and niche audiences. This project reminded me that passion and purpose are just as essential as data and strategy in achieving success.
I collaborated with Ari-SDen.com to implement my E.M.M. (Electronic Message Marketing) strategy, focusing on organic engagement, upselling, and retargeting. Using a carefully curated list of 2,000 organic contacts gotten from a plugin website Ultimatefix.store, I structured a series of automated messages and personalized follow-ups designed to re-engage previous visitors and convert new prospects into buyers. Through consistency and precision in message sequencing, we achieved 80 confirmed orders out of 30 targeted trials, generating a total revenue of $4,722.55 within the campaign period.
This collaboration reinforced the power of communication and trust-building in e-commerce. By combining authentic engagement with structured automation, E.M.M. proved that relationships sell more than ads ever could. It was a successful demonstration of how understanding buyer behavior and maintaining meaningful contact can create long-term results, turning simple email lists into profitable revenue systems.
At the end of 2022, I collaborated with TaylorKShop.com, a passionate women-led brand, where I decided to reapply and combine two of my strongest systems, S.S.S. (Sales System Integration) and E.M.M. (Electronic Message Marketing). The goal was to prove, once again, that social media and message-based systems could drive real, high-ticket results when aligned with the right audience strategy. Through consistent engagement, retargeting, and personalized communication, we achieved exceptional performance, generating $64,849 in revenue by selling a $1,296 product 50 times, and an additional $16,499 through the sale of a €549 premium tote bag.
This project became one of my defining moments in late 2022. It proved that the right system, built on communication, timing, and precise execution, can turn social media into a powerful sales engine. More than the numbers, it reminded me of the power of believing in my own frameworks; that when innovation meets consistency, extraordinary results become predictable.
Toward the final weeks of 2022, I crossed paths with Micozi, a store that came to me through an unusual, almost anonymous introduction. Though the client preferred to stay behind the scenes, I stayed focused on what I do best, optimizing systems, driving conversions, and creating results. Within just a few short weeks, I generated 1,300 sales before the collaboration came to an end, literally a day before the new year began.
That experience was a turning point, not just in performance, but in clarity. It taught me that beyond sales and systems, transparency and shared vision are the true foundations of any strong business relationship. I made the choice to step into 2023 with renewed standards, working only with brands that share openness, trust, and ambition, the same energy that fuels every successful partnership I build.
In early 2023, I partnered with Ride Brummell, a unique fashion brand dedicated to protective gear for bikers and riders. The collaboration came right after I wrapped up all previous partnership in January, and it became one of the most defining points in my career. The store’s niche audience, passionate riders, challenged me to think differently. It was during this project that I officially developed and tested my own proprietary system, T.C.P.A (Targeted Customer Pursuit Attraction).
At first, results were slow. My initial launch drew in general visitors, but after recalibrating and relaunching the strategy with a deeper focus on precise targeting and emotional engagement, the shift was instant. By combining T.C.P.A with my refined E.M.M. system for targeting and retargeting, I successfully generated over $17,000 in just a month and a few days. This experience didn’t just prove my system, it became the foundation of how I help brands grow with purpose and precision today.
In 2023, I came across Tiynon, a brand that was still in its early development phase. What started as a casual interaction quickly turned into a creative collaboration. I helped design their store, shaping its visual identity and structure to fit their market direction.
Even without an extensive setup or campaign, I decided to “play around” with my systems, and within two weeks, I generated over $1,700 in sales. This project reminded me of the power of creativity backed by experience, proving that even light, spontaneous effort can deliver strong and measurable results when guided by strategic precision.
In 2023, I collaborated with Izooc, a modern online store seeking a refined and customer-friendly design. I created three unique store themes, each tailored to enhance user experience and conversion performance. After finalizing the most effective version, I launched it with a targeted setup that delivered over $2,000 in revenue shortly after.
This project reinforced my strength in combining design precision with performance strategy, ensuring that every store I touch not only looks exceptional but also converts effectively.
In 2023, I collaborated with Stats Worldwide, a growing personal brand, through one of my teammates. Though the project was short-term, I applied my marketing expertise to drive quick, measurable results, generating over $1,000 in revenue. The experience reminded me that even small collaborations can yield meaningful impact when strategy and timing align.
In mid-2023, I collaborated with Wear Banjaara, a vibrant fashion brand with a unique cultural identity. My focus was on expanding their customer base and re-engaging previous buyers. Using my proprietary systems and the E.M.M. strategy, I successfully attracted new customers while reviving old ones, generating £7,000 in just one month and two weeks. It was a rewarding collaboration that reflected the power of precision marketing and customer relationship rebuilding.
In 2023, I had the opportunity to work with R Boutique, a luxury fashion brand that marked one of my most rewarding milestones. Through strategic marketing and premium audience targeting, I delivered 40+ orders and generated over $37,000 in revenue. This collaboration not only earned me a professional achievement award, but also ignited my drive to focus on high-ticket product stores, where precision strategy meets powerful results.
In 2023, I had the privilege of collaborating with Tshka, a vibrant fashion brand owned by a highly capable and visionary entrepreneur. Her energy and commitment made the collaboration smooth and inspiring. I designed the store’s current theme, implemented E.M.M (Electronic Message Marketing) for customer engagement and follow-ups, and helped the store achieve over $15,270 in sales delivering 70+ orders in 30 days. This project stood out for its creativity, open communication, and the seamless blend of design and marketing that drove consistent results.
In mid-2024, I collaborated with Mania Fashion Clothing, during a period when I was refining my previous systems and preparing to establish my own core strategy. Using a mix of my earlier frameworks and refined sales techniques, I achieved consistent results of nearly $3,000 in sales every 14 days until our collaboration concluded. The project marked an important phase of transition, turning tested experience into structured, repeatable success.
In late 2024, I collaborated with Bickion, where I consistently generated $2,500 in weekly revenue over a two-month period. This project was one of the final collaborations before transitioning fully into developing my own proprietary system. The experience reinforced my mastery of conversion consistency and my readiness to evolve into more structured, scalable strategies.
Looking back on my journey from 2019 to 2024, I see more than just numbers and revenue, I see growth, discovery, and transformation. What started as a humble passion for helping small fashion stores find their voice evolved into a system that consistently drives five-figure results across multiple brands. Every collaboration, every late-night experiment, and every conversation with a client became a building block toward mastery.
The challenges I faced, from underperforming stores and unpredictable markets to client doubts and creative roadblocks, became the very experiences that shaped my systems and strategies. The people I worked with taught me patience, empathy, and the value of genuine collaboration, while the results I achieved instilled in me the confidence that my process truly works.
Today, when I look at a store, I no longer see just a collection of products, I see potential waiting to be unlocked. I see the story behind every piece, the emotion behind every brand, and the possibility of turning every visit into a meaningful connection.
This six-year journey in the fashion niche has been more than a career, it’s been a lesson in human psychology, creativity, and consistency. And now, every success I deliver stands as living proof that with the right system, mindset, and story, any fashion store, no matter how small, can grow into something remarkable, profitable, and timeless.
